You did it! Once you reach your commission goal, you are ready to officially open your own franchise in your local market.

Agent Requirements
- Full-Time Job: This must be your full-time job in real estate.
- Mandatory Training: You must join all training sessions (no extra cost).
- Get Listings: Recruit at least 2 exclusive listings every month.
- Social Media: Actively promote your listings on social media.
- Listing Quality: Maintain high standards for all your property listings.
- Clear Farming Area: Focus and become the expert in a designated local farming area.
