RE/MAX Thailand Advisory Board

RE/MAX Advisory Board is a group of senior executives and professionals from the real estate service industries.

Current members of the Advisory Board come from property companies, real estate consultancies, Broker, trainers and are actively involved in the real estate industry on a local and global scale

The Advisory Board provides advice to the RE/MAX Thailand Head Office with a variety of topics such as Training course program, Code of ethics, Personal Development, Rules, Standard and on key issues in the property industry, Board Members also contribute lectures, seminars, and case studies.

A. The real estate advisory board is established, composed of 7 members.
B. The term of each member is a minimum of one year.
C. The membership of the board shall consist of:

1. Two members, each of whom is a real estate broker with at least three years of brokerage experience.

2. One member, of whom have been engaged in commercial real estate brokerage and hold the ACP designation.

3. One member, of whom have been engaged with the local real estate association with at least three years of membership.

4. One member, of whom have been engaged in Real Estate Training with at least three years of Training experience.

5. One member, of whom have been engaged in International Real Estate Brokerage with at least three years of experience.

6. One member of RE/MAX Thailand Head Office of whom have been senior management

The board annually shall select from its membership a chairperson for the board.
The board shall provide RE/MAX Thailand with such recommendations as it deems necessary and beneficial to the best interests of the RE/MAX Network in Thailand. The board shall also provide recommendations on specific questions or proposals as the board deems necessary or as requested by the RE/MAX Thailand Head Office.
The Advisory Board is required to convene at least once every two months. A notice of each meeting date and the meeting agenda will be sent to all members.
All Advisory Board meetings are scheduled to be held at RE/MAX Thailand Head Office, Airport Link Ramkhamhaeng Station, Suanluang, Bangkok, 10250.
The Advisory Board Members are available to act as communication and development facilitators, to help open the lines of communication with RE/MAX Thailand Head Office or vendors.
The Advisory Board members shall receive no compensation.
